Going to the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon?  You'll want to reserve your hotel room fast!

The Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel is across the street from the host hotel and expo.   It is a half mile from the start/finish line of the race.  Hotel rooms in the city of OKC will sell out quickly due to the 10th anniversary of the OKC Marathon.  This will be the hotel the DRC-sponsored bus is traveling to from Dallas. 

We have arranged for a block of 40 rooms for our group at a base rate of $144 + taxes.  The price is $165 because that covers the $144 plus the applicable hotel lodging taxes and fees.  You will be responsible for all incidentals and valet parking (if you brought your own car) upon checkout.

If you are sharing a room with others, only one person should sign up for the room by completing this registration.  When you register for the room you will have the option of selecting a single king or two double beds.

If an emergency occurs you will have the opportunity to cancel this room no later than Sunday, March 21. After March 21 you will be responsible for the cost of your room and will need to find someone to buy it from you.  You must notify DRC if you transfer your room to someone else as we will be handling the actual bookings with the hotel.
